摘　　要：廉租住房小区的配套用房对保障其小区居民基本生活起到至关重要的作用。本文从小区业态层面对廉租住房小区配套用房进行分析,根据对成都现有廉租住房小区的调研,从业态分类、居民需求、业态服务对象等方面进行探讨,力求探寻廉租住房小区配套用房设计过程中的关注重点和设计策略。Facilities of the low-rent housing play a crucial role in assuring its resident＇s welfare. This article analyzed the formats of facilities in low-rent housing based on the research of existing low-rent housing in Chengdu, in order to classify the formats, find the demand of the residents, based on which, we are able to seek for the focuses and strategies in the design of low-rent housing＇s facilities.
