摘  要:研究不同强度磁场处理紫苏种子的生物学效应,寻找一种简单易行、成本低,能够提高种子萌发率的有效方法。采用20.9 mT和42.5 mT两个强度的磁场处理紫苏种子1~5 h,通过测定其发芽率、株高、根长、须根数以及过氧化物酶、硝酸还原酶的活性来分析磁场处理对紫苏种子萌发的影响。20.9 mT磁场强度处理紫苏种子,处理3 h时发芽率最高,可达89%;在42.5 mT磁场强度处理下,不同处理时间内种子发芽率均达到90%以上,远远高于对照;在42.5 mT的磁场强度下,3 h磁场处理对株高、根长和须根数的增加都有明显促进作用;POD和硝酸还原酶活性在3 h时相对增幅最大。不同强度磁场处理紫苏种子对种子萌发及幼苗生长有显著影响,42.5 mT磁场强度处理紫苏种子3 h对种子萌发及幼苗生长效果最佳。The biological effects on Perilla frutescens seeds treated with different magnetic field intensity were studied to find an effective method for simple, low-cost, and could improve the germination rate. Perilla frutescens seeds were treated by two different magnetic fields of 20.9 mT and 42.5 mT for 0 to 5 hours respectively. At the same time, the seed germination rate, plant height, root length, root number and POD activity and nitrate reductase activity were investigated to analyze the effects of magnetic field on the germination of Perilla frutescens seeds. After Perilla frutescens seeds were treated with 20.9 mT magnetic field for 3 hours, the highest germination rate reached 89%. When seeds were treated with 42.5 mT magnetic fields, the seed germination rate reached more than 90% for different treatment time, far higher than that of the control. There were significant differences in plant height, root length and root number, and the POD and nitrate reductase activity increased obviously with the magnetic field for 3 hours. There was a significant effect on Perilla fruteseens seeds germination and seedling growth under the different magnetic field intensity treatment. The magnetic field treatment of 42.5 mT for 3 hours was the optimum treatment for Perilla seed germination and seedling growth.
