摘  要:在昆虫体内大量表达的热休克蛋白(Hsps)对昆虫生存是重要的调节者。昆虫对环境中出现的非生物胁迫如热激,紫外照射,化学,农药等的应答方式是诱导表达不同的Hsp。本研究综述了面对各种非生物胁迫,昆虫采取表达热休克蛋白的策略,以及Hsps在昆虫生存中所涉及的管理与调节作用的相关信息,还特别归纳了HSPs在重要经济昆虫家蚕中的研究,以期为进一步研究其细胞机制及在生物学,生理及分子进程的特殊功能作用提供参考。The heat shock proteins (Hsps) that are abundantly expressed in insects are important moamators oi insect survival. The expression of different Hsp genes are induced and modulated in insects in response to abiotic stresses such as heat shock, ultraviolet radiation, and chemical pesticides. This review summarized insect adopted strategy of expressing lisps genes to all kinds of abiotic stressors as well as developmental regulation and modulation of Hsps genes involved with insect survival. Further more, the research of HSPs about silkworm, one of important economic insect, was specially summed up, to provide reference for deep researching cellular mechanism of cellular stress responses and special function in biology, physiology and molecular process.
