摘  要:本研究旨在筛选黑龙江地区的大豆疫霉病抗病品种和品系,并分析主要栽培品种所含有的抗病基因,为病害的防治和抗病品种的合理布局提供参考。在大豆苗期用下胚轴伤口接种方法对126个栽培大豆品种和135份大豆品系进行接种,鉴定其对黑龙江大豆主要疫霉病菌株(8个)的抗性。有72个品种抗4个以上菌株,占鉴定品种的57.1%,其中有2个品种抗菌株数最多(7个),占抗性品种总数的2.8%。84份品系抗4个以上菌株,占鉴定品系的62.2%,其中有4个品系抗菌株数最多(7个),占抗性品系总数的4.7%。对品种的基因分析表明,有30个大豆品种含有抗病基因,其中有10个品种分别含有Rps1k、Rps3a、Rps1c 3个主要基因。明确了黑龙江地区的126个大豆栽培品种和135份大豆品系对大豆疫霉主要菌株的抗病性,得出有30个大豆品种含有抗病基因,其中有10个品种分别含有Rps1k、Rps3a、Rps1c 3个主要基因。This research was focused on screening Phytophthora root rot resistant cuhivars and resistant lines in Heilongjiang areas and analyzed all the resistant genes of main cuhivars, and provided a reference for the rational distribution of disease control and disease--resistant cultivars. The hypocotyl vulnus inoculum was used to vaccinate 126 soybean euhivars and 135 portions of soybean lines, in order to identify eight main Phytophthora sojae strains. There were 72 portions of euhivars were resistant to more than 4 strains, accounting for 57.1% of identified cuhivars, and 84 portions of lines were resistant to more than 4 strains, occupied 62.2% of identified lines, among these lines, 4 lines resisted to the most number of isolates, about 7, accounting for 2.8% of the total number of -resistant cultivars. Gene analysis of cuhivars indicated that 30 soybean cultivars contained resistant genes, 3 major genes, such as Rpslk, Rps3a and Rpslc, were included in 10 euhivars. The resistance to Phytophthora strains of 126 soybean eultivars and 135 soybean strains in Heilongjiang area was demonstrated, and resistant genes that were contained in 30 soybean euhivars were drawn, including 3 major genes called Rpslk, Rps3a and Rpslc were contained in 10 eultivars respectively.
