摘　　要：文章从建设项目防护距离的定义出发,明确了防护距离在建设项目中设置的实际意义,梳理了防护距离在环评、安评、职评中应用的差异,以实例分析了由于这些差异给建设项目防护距离执行中带来的问题和困难,并从确定防护距离的技术文件、监管执法的责任主体和相关标准的统一等方面提出了建议。Beginning from the definition of protection distance of construction project, clearing the actual meaning of the protec tion distance in construction project, combing the application difference of protection distance in environmental impact assessment, safety as- sessment and professional evaluation, This article demonstrates the problems and difficulties in the execution of protection distance in con struction project through the analysis of true examples, and some suggestions are proposed according to the documents of protection distance confirmation technology, the supervision and law enforcement subject of liability and the unity of the relevant standards.
