摘　　要：针对我国现行清洁生产标准应用存在的问题和《重金属污染综合防治"十二五"规划》对铅锌行业的重点污染防控要求,通过建立云南省铅锌行业清洁生产标准体系,并明确其应用范围、作用,提出相关建议,使之更好地为环保和节能减排工作服务。该标准体系分三个层次,由六部分标准组成,同时还给出了标准体系的标准明细表和统计表。The cleaner production standard system for lead and zinc industry is established according to the existing problems of domestic current cleaner production standard application, as well as the prevention and controlling requirements for lead and zinc industryg critical pollution items referred by Twelve - Five Planning for comprehensive prevention and treatment of heavy metal pollution. The applica tion range, function and the relative recommendations of the new standard system shall be cleared in order to make the system serve better for environmental protection and energy saving and emission reduction. The standard system is divided into three levels and composed of six standard parts, the detailed statement and statistical tables of the standards are also supplied in this paper.
