摘 要:联接螺栓的安全使用是全套管全回转钻机平稳可靠高效运行的前提,钻机作业工况复杂,影响因素众多。以钻机中立柱压盘与下回转支撑间的联接螺栓为例,阐述了承受轴向载荷或横向载荷作用时的高强度螺栓强度校核分析方法,螺栓静强度及疲劳强度计算分析方法,并对相关步骤做了较为详细的介绍,可为工程结构的整体设计及校核螺栓联接提供理论依据和技术支撑,具有积极意义。The safe service of bolts is the precondition of the full casing rotary drilling rig stable operation and high efficiency run. The operating condition is very complex and there are many influence factors. In this paper, the connecting bolts between column pressure plate and rotating support in drilling rig were taken as an example. The high strength bolts static strength and fatigue strength check analysis were expounded when subjected to axial loads or lateral loads,and relevant steps were done a more detailed introduction. Theoretical reference and technical support can be provided for the overall design of engineering structures and checking for bolt.
