摘　　要：基于"拉长板"木桶理论内涵,对警务实战训练内容体系的木桶结构进行分析,并从宏观和微观两个视角,对"拉长板"警务实战训练内容体系构建过程中的宏观形成路径、微观选择要素和结构等进行研究探索,以期为警务实战训练体系的理论创新发展提供参考。Based on the connotation of ＂Stretched Panels＂ Bucket Theory, analysis is made of ＂panel bucket＂ structure, that is, police combat training contents, and from the macro and micro perspectives, detailed analysis is made of routes, important elements and structures in the process of its formation so as to provide reference for the research into combat training theory.
