摘 要:研究了一系列分子量不同的丙烯酰胺与N,N-二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵的链节比为9:1的共聚物(PAMDA-10)在硅藻土加填桉木纸浆中的助滤助留性能。试验结果表明:PAMDA-10152对桉木浆0.3%添加时,可使该浆料的打浆度从44.0°SR下降到29.0°SR,白水浊度从9.52NTU降低到4.90NTU;PAMDA-10152对硅藻土加填纸浆0.5%添加时,可使该浆料的打浆度从57.5°SR降低到36.5°SR,白水浊度从56.70NTU降低到14.02NTU,硅藻土的留着率达到97.31%。The performance of drainage and retention of PAMDA-10 composed of AM and DADMAC at the rate of 9:1 in eucalyptus pulp with diatomite were investigated. The result showed that, when PAMDA-10152 was added at 0.3% of eucalyptus pulp, it could make the beating degree of eucalyptus pulp decrease from 44.0 °SR to 29.0 °SR, and the white water turbidity decrease from 9.52NTU to 4.90NTU; When PAMDA-10152 was added at 0.5% of eucalyptus pulp with diatomite, it could lead decrease of the beating degree from 57.5 ~SR to 36.5 °SR, and the white water turbidity from 56.70NTU to 14.02NTU, while the retention rate of diatomite was 97.31%.
