摘　　要：根据《合同法》第12条和《政府采购法》的相关规定,从当事人名称或者姓名和住所,标的,数量,质量,价款或者报酬,履行期限、地点和方式,违约责任,解决争议的方法等8个方面,阐述了在草拟政府采购合同时如何防控合同风险。According to the article 12 of Contract Law and the relevant provisions of Government Procurement Law, it was discussed how to prevent the contract risk in drafting an government procurement contract, respectively from the names and domiciles of the contracting parties, the subject, the quantity, the quality, the price or remuneration, the time limit, place and method of performance, the breach liability, the method of resolving dispute.
