中药内外兼治治疗乳腺增生症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药口服并用药渣热敷治疗乳腺增生症的临床疗效。方法将160例乳腺增生患者随机分为两组,每组80例。治疗组采用中药口服并用药渣热敷治疗,对照组仅给予乳癖消胶囊口服。两组均以1个月为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程。观察两组患者治疗前后乳房肿块大小变化及临床疗效。结果治疗后两组肿块比治疗前均缩小(P<0.05),治疗组肿块缩小的程度更大(P<0.01)。两组治愈率及有效率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药口服并用药渣热敷治疗乳腺增生症的临床疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine combined with hot compress with herb-medicine residues in treating hyperplasia of mammary glands. Methods 160 cases with hyperplasia of mammary glands were divided into the experimental group and the control group. The patients in the experimental group （80 cases） were treated with Chinese herb internally and externally. The controls （80 cases） were treated with Rupixiao capsules. After three months of treatment, changes of tumor＇s size in two groups before and after the treatment as well as the clinical curative effects were observed. Results After the treatment, both of the two groups had decrease in size of tumor （P〈0.05）. The improvement of the experimental group was higher than that of the controls group （P〈0.01）. The difference about cure rate and effective rate between the two groups were significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine combined with hot compress with herb-medicine residues has good efficiency in treating hyperplasia of mammary glands.
