摘  要:从电主轴结构特征入手,应用电磁学理论和能量守恒定律建立内置电机的电磁损耗模型,并结合系统状态方程,分析电机内部产热,制定电主轴加载试验,测量电主轴运转过程中的电参数,以此为依据计算定转子的主要能量损失——铜损和铁损,并在不同工况下测试内置电机附近的壳体的温度变化规律,为进一步分析电主轴动态特性提供依据.With the structure characteristics of motorized spindles, an electromagnetic loss model of the built-in motor has been established on the basis of law of conservation of energy and electromagnetic theo- ry, and with the state equation of the system, the heat generation of the motor has been investigated. Ac- cording to the experimental data, the copper loss and the iron loss, which are the main energy loss of the stator and rotor, have been studied, and the temperature change law at the housing near the built-in motor has been obtained. The results provide the basis for further analysis on dynamic behaviors of motorized spindles.
