摘  要:抽水蓄能电站具有优良的调峰填谷能力,能减少火电机组的调峰压力,增强整个电网的调峰能力。首先,将抽水蓄能电站抽水机组消耗的有功假设成电网中的"可中断负荷",修正了总负荷水平方差的表达式,建立计及抽蓄电站调峰运行的水火电优化调度模型。之后,通过AMPL平台调用高效商业求解器IPOPT对其进行求解。基于湖南黑麋峰抽水蓄能电站的实际数据,选择丰水期典型日的计划负荷曲线进行数值仿真,比较调度前后火电机组与抽水蓄能电站的出力、火电机组深度调峰与启停调峰次数以及弃水调峰电量,验证了该模型在提高电网调峰能力方面的有效性。With its excellent peak clipping and valley filling capability, the pumped storage power stations can re- duce the pressure of thermal power units so as to improve the peak shaving capability of the whole power grid. First of all, this paper assumes the active power which consumed by the pumped storage power stations as "interruptible load" of the power grid, corrects the expression of the total load level variance, and proposes the economic dispatch considering the peak load regulation of the pumped storage power stations for power system. Then it uses a highly ef- ficient commercial solvers AMPL/IPOPT to get solutions. Based on the actual data of Hunan Hei Mi-feng pumped storage power station, the planned load curve of the typical day of raining season is selected to test the model. Through comparing the test results, such as the active power of the thermal power units and the pumped storage power station, the times of depth peak shaving and the Rev. Stop load of the thermal power units , and water power curtailment, that can demonstrate the effectiveness of the model of improving the power grid peak shaving capability.
