摘 要:循环流化床锅炉(CFB)具有良好的环保性能且燃料适用性广的特点,但随着国家最新的环保标准的出台,其环保特性的发挥受到多方面的制约。通过分析影响CFB锅炉炉内脱硫的因素并结合燃煤机组的脱硫技术进行综合阐述,同时根据燃用煤矸石的CFB锅炉的技术、结构特点,对该类型的CFB锅炉有可能采取的可行性方案进行分析。对特定的CFB锅炉机组进行特定的分析研究,结果显示,采取氨法脱硫的方式,脱硫效果明显,基本上满足了国家最新的排放标准的要求。CFB boiler has many characteristics, for example, the environmental performance and wide applicability of fuel. But under the latest environmental standards, the exertion of environmental performance constrained by many aspects. By analyzing the impact of the factors of CFB boiler furnace desulfurization, and combining with the desulfurization technology of coal-fired units. Meanwhile, according to the technical and structural features of CFB boiler which burned coal gangue. The feasible plan of this type of CFB boiler that may be taken is analyzed. Con- clusion shows that certain specific experimental for the CFB boiler unit, especially the way of ammonia desulfuriza- tion, and the effect of desulfurization is obviously. Basically fulfill the latest emissions standards.
