摘 要:为了解在煤矸石中掺烧污泥的燃烧规律,利用热重分析法对污泥、煤矸石及两种试样的混合燃料进行了燃烧特性研究。结果表明,随着污泥掺混比例的增加,混合燃料的着火温度逐渐降低,燃烬温度、可燃性指数和综合燃烧特性指数先减少再增加,当掺混50%污泥时,达到最高点。利用Coats-Redfern积分法,选用恰当的反应机理函数,对燃料主要失重过程进行了动力学分析。结果表明,煤矸石的活化能高于污泥,混合燃料的活化能随着污泥掺混比例的增加而逐渐降低。其研究结果可为掺烧污泥的循环流化床锅炉的运行提供参考。To understand the combustion law of co-combustion of coal gangue and sewage sludge, combustion char- acteristic of sewage sludge, coal gangue and their mixed fuel were researched by using thermogravimetric analysis. Results show that, with the increased in the rate of sludge, gnition temperature of mixed fuel decreased gradually ; burnout temperature, index C and S decreased first and then increased, and reached the highest point, when mix- ing 50% sludge. The kinetics analysis of the mainly weightlessness stage of fuel was conducted by using the Coats- Redfern integral method and appropriate mechanism function. Results show that, coal gangue activation energy is higher than that of the sludge, and the activation energy of the mixed fuel decreased gradually with increased in the proportion of sludge. Results provide a reference for the operation of CFB blended sewage sludge.
