摘  要:由于燃料性质偏离设计较大,其含水率是设计值的2~3倍以上,使得中温中压秸秆直燃锅炉的受热面特别是空气预热器积灰、腐蚀现象普遍,严重时运行半个月就需停炉清理维护,极大影响了主设备的可靠和经济运行。经过充分分析和论证,借鉴其他类型设备设计理念,设计安装了冷风加热器,有效地改善了空预器的运行工况,延长了主设备的正常运行周期,运行可靠性和经济效益的提高均非常显著。Because of the different characteristics of fuel from what is expected in design, especially the moisture content, which normally is twice or three times as high as what is originally designed or required, Mesotherm & Medium Pressure Straw Fired Boiler has a serious problem of dust deposition and clogging on its heating surface and air pre-heater. Sometimes, the boiler has to be turned off every half a month to make clearance and maintenance, which seriously affects the reliability and operation of main equipment. After complete analysis and demonstration, referring to the design concept from other equipment, cold-wind heater was designed and installed, which effective- ly improves the operation of air pre-heater, prolongs the normal working period of main equipment, as well as brings tremendous reliability and economic benefit.
