摘　　要：随着信息社会的发展,智能城市的概念被提出,有关智能城市的特征、组成维度研究及实践在各国竞相展开。文章着重探讨国外的组织、机构及个人在智能城市研究方面所取得的成果,以及智能城市技术对城市空间组织的影响与对传统城市规划的要求。智能城市的提出让我们有更多的机会来重建和规划城市。The intelligent city appeared with the development of information society, and lots of countries are researching its feature, elements. The paper analyzes achievement from the foreign groups, organizations, and personal; analyzes the affection and requirement of intelligent city technology to urban space. The intelligent city makes lots of chances to rebuild and plan the city.
