摘　　要：当前世界进入新经济时代,创意产业已成为衡量一个国家综合创新力和整体竞争力的标志。以上海中心城区挂牌创意产业园区为对象,分析整体空间分布特征和产业分异特征,用"创意度"评价发展状况,归纳各园区主导产业类型,依此对园区分类。进一步分析园区产业分异的形成机制,在理论框架下归纳创意型企业选址因素,构建指标体系,以软件研发类、建筑设计类园区为例进行量化分析,总结各类型创意产业在选址中考虑的主要因素。In the time of new economy creative industry has become the mark of innovative ability and competitive power of nations.The objects of the study are creative industrial parks of official designation in Shangha and after analyzing the spatial distribution and industrial differentiation of the parks.The article uses creative degree to estimate the development and divides the parks into different types according to leading industry.Further the article studies the formation mechanism of the industrial differentiation of the parks,selects two types software RD and architecture of parks and then finds out main reason that different companies choose corresponding parks.
