摘　　要：针对目前SPF级动物实验室开放及管理过程中存在的问题,提出了通过实验前的预约、充分沟通和严格的审核,进入实验室后的人流、物流的控制和协调配合,建立与实施管理制度和标准操作规程的管理模式,确保了实验室的质量,实现了在SPF级动物实验室开放过程中质量的控制。In order to solve the management problem of the SPF animal laboratory in the process of o- pening, a new management mode is proposed. It is through the appointment, effective communication and strict audit, control of people and logistics flow, and coordination, establishment and implementa- tion of perfect management system and standard operating procedures. The management mode has en- sured the quality of animal laboratory and realized quality control of the SPF animal laboratory in the o- pening process.
