摘　　要：结合天津商业大学国家级实验教学示范中心建设点热能与动力工程实验中心的建设工作实践,从学校管理层面对示范中心管理体制和机制改革中几个方面的问题进行了分析:树立现代实验室管理理念;建立现代化管理制度;优化完善开放机制;加强实验教学队伍建设;充分利用网络化信息平台;建设长效实验室环境安全管理机制。Several problems that related to the reformation of demonstration center management system and mechanism from the university management level by combining the practice of Tianjin University of Commerce national experimental teaching demonstration center ＇ Thermal Energy and Power Engineer- ing Experiment Center＂ construction work practice. Establishing a modem laboratory management con- cept; build a modem management system, optimize the opening mechanism; strengthening the con- struction of experiment teaching team ; make full use of network information platform and construct long -term laboratory environmental safety management mechanism.
