摘　　要：就业形势的日益严峻要求高校文科各专业加强学生的素质与实际工作能力培养,在此背景下文科实验室的建设步伐进一步加快。劳动与社会保障专业实验室的建立是学校教学和社会需求二者共同推动的结果,基于就业导向,需要从目标体系、条件体系、内容体系、管理体系及考核评价体系五个方面来构建实验教学体系,从而实现实验室建设的目标,全面提升学生的核心竞争力,提高本专业学生的就业率,最终探索出市场需求与专业培养相互融合的教育模式。Increasingly grim of employment situation requires college liberal arts majors to strengthen student＇s quality and the actual work ability, the liberal arts laboratory accelerating the pace of con- struetion under the background. Labor and social security professional, for example, the establishment of the laboratory is the school teaching and social needs to promote both results. Based on employment guidance, we need construct experimental teaching system from the target system, condition system, content system, management system and evaluation system, so as to realize the goal and the value of laboratory construction, to improve the students core competitiveness, and to improve the employment of students in this major, and finally explores the education mode on mutual fusion of market demand and the professional training.
