寿险核保的若干法律问题探析

摘　　要：核保是寿险承保中不可缺少的环节,它在整个寿险经营中起着非常重要的作用。目前我国保险法未对核保做出明确规定,导致实务中各种纠纷不断,本文从核保工作的必要性出发,从核保流程的存在、核保中的效力追溯问题、临时保险协议及对投保人信息的保护几个方面来谈寿险核保中存在的问题及相关法律完善。The underwriting as an indispensable part of the life insurance role. At present, the insurance law does not make clear underwriting, leading operation plays a very important to all kinds of disputes in prac- tice. Starting from the necessity of underwriting of life insurers, the article analyzes the problems in life insurance underwriting and relevant legal perfection, from the existence of the underwriting process, retroactive effect of underwriting, facultative insurance agreement, and the protection of policyholder＇ s information.
