摘 要:在LNG装置燃气发动机的尾气可用热量理论计算的基础上,提出了增加换热器将余热用于加热再生分子筛的工艺气以及利用余热产生高温蒸汽驱动蒸气透平进行压缩机增压的两种尾气余热回收方案,介绍了方案的流程,将方案在某LNG加工厂进行模拟并对两方案的经济可行性作了对比分析。Theoretically, tail gas from LPG gas engine can be calculated. Two schemes to recycle waste heat from tail gas are provided: one is that waste heat as process gas is used for heating regenerated molecular sieve by adding a heat exchanger; another is that high-temperature steam and steam turbine drive compressor by means of waste heat. For the schemes, their technological process is also presented. In addition, they were applied to a LNG processing plant, and their application effect and economic feasibility are also analyzed.
