摘　　要：近年来,社会管理不仅受到党和政府的高度重视,也越来越受到学术界和企业界的普遍关注。阐述了中国石油社会管理取得的主要成绩,指出了企业现行社会管理所存在的问题,并在此基础上指明了中国石油社会管理发展的新趋势和努力方向。认为中国石油社会管理应继续坚持履行油气资源保障责任不动摇,更好地服务于经济社会发展;坚持加大安全环保力度不懈怠,更好地维护社会和人民利益;坚持全面履行社会责任不偏废,更好地维护社会公平。In recent years, the social management has been highly valued by the Chinese Communist Party and government and also drawn the universal concern of academic circle and business circle. The paper presents the key achievements of PetroChina in the social management and exposes its problems existing in the current social management. Based on these, the new trend and working direction for the development of PetroChina's social management are also indicated. It is thought that PetroChina should continue to insist on the mechanism of liability concerning hydrocarbon resources for the development in this field in an attempt to better serve the economic and social progress; PetroChina should make greater effort to the safety and environmental protection in an attempt to better safeguard the interests of society and people; and PetroChina should fulfill the social responsibilities without partiality in an attempt to better maintain social equity.
