摘　　要：积极履行社会责任是促进社会主义和谐社会建设和深入贯彻落实科学发展观的重要举措。分析了中国石油履行社会责任管理的基本思路,提出了社会管理创新工作的主要目标和实现途径。认为中国石油应从社会管理的重要责任与使命,企业协调和参与社会管理的机制、群众工作、和谐稳定能力建设、员工利益共享机制、管控力和执行力、信息网络管理7个方面加强社会管理责任的全面履行。Active performance of the social responsibilities is an important way to accelerate the construction of socialist harmonious society and intensively implement the Theory of Scientific Development. The paper analyzes the PetroChina's basic idea for performing the social responsibilities management, and also presents the main objectives of the social management innovation and the approach to realize it. It is thought that PetroChina should strengthen its performance of the social management from seven aspects including important responsibilities and missions of social management, enterprise mechanism for coordination and participation of social management, mass work, harmony and stability construction, employee benefits sharing mechanism, management control and execution, and information network management.
