摘　　要：利用钟型脉冲做为模型分析了距离、脉宽变化对半导体定压比较测距机测距精度的影响,计算得出在150m和300m的距离上当用0.2相对强度做为比较数值会带来1m左右的误差,并得出距离对测距机的测距精度影响较大的结论。The model of Gaussian pulse is utilized to analyze the influence of distance and pulse change to the range accuracy of the semiconductor laser range finder with constant voltage comparison as the judge condition.From the calculation,we found the ranging error is about 1m at 150m and 300m distance using relative intensity 0.2 as the comparison value.Moreover,we conclude the distance change has a large effect to the range accuracy of the laser range finder.
