摘　　要：随着质子泵抑制剂的广泛应用,其长期使用的潜在安全性问题也逐渐引起人们的关注。本文介绍与质子泵抑制剂长期使用相关的风险。With the extensive application of proton pump inhibitors in clinic, great attention should be paid to the potential safety issues related to long-term use of proton pump inhibitors. This review describes the risks associated with long term use of proton pump inhibitors.
