摘　　要：目的:正确评估腹腔镜手术在异位妊娠治疗中的应用价值。方法:分析195例住院异位妊娠患者的手术及康复情况。结果:腹腔镜组和剖腹组术中出血量、术后排气时间等差异有统计学意义,腹腔镜组对应指标显著优于剖腹组。结论:腹腔镜应用诊治异位妊娠相对于剖腹手术,疗效确切,临床应用价值更高。Objective To properly assess the application value of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Method 195 cases hospitalized ectopic pregnancy patients in our hospital from January 2009 to October 2012 for surgery and rehabilitation were analyzed.Results The differences of intraoperative bleeding and postoperative exhaust time of laparoscopic group and laparotomy group were statistically significant,and indexes of laparoscopic group were significantly superior to the laparotomy group.Conclusion Laparoscopic diagnosis and treatment of ectopic pregnancy compared to laparotomy has better efficacy,higher value for clinical application.
