摘　　要：目的:探讨补佳乐与米索前列醇在绝经妇女取出宫内节育器中的应用疗效。方法:分别随机抽取86例和80例取环的妇女为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在取环术前联合应用补佳乐与米索前列醇,对照组取环术前不用任何药物.观察两组患者的宫颈扩张情况和取环效果。结果:治疗组的宫颈扩张情况和取环效果均显著优于对照组。结论:取环术前联合应用补佳乐与米索前列醇能提高取环成功率。Objective To investigate the application efficacy of complement jiale and misoprostol on removal of IUD in postmenopausal women.Method We randomly selected 86 cases of women as the treatment group and 80 cases of women as the control group,the treatment group were given jiale and misoprostol before taking ring,the control group were not given any drugs before taking ring,and we observed the cervical expansion and effect of taking rings of these two groups.Results The cervical expansion and the effect of taking rings of the treatment group were significantly superior tothat of the control group.Conclusion Applying the jiale and misoprostol before taking ring can improve the success rate of taking rings.
