摘　　要：在一次强雷暴天气过程中,荆州市江陵区地税局计算机信息系统被雷击遭受重大损失,通过对此次雷击事故的现场调查和实地勘察,对雷击事故的原因进行了分析。在此基础上,从安装防直击雷设施,采取等电位连接、接地及屏蔽措施,完善电源及信号系统电涌保护设施等几个方面,对该区地税局信息系统防雷设措施进行了分析和探讨。In a thunder storm some time in 2006, in Jiangling County of Jingzhou City, the PC system of the tax bureau was damaged by the thunder. In order to find out the causes for the damage, the writers of this paper visited the bureau and had a field investigation. According to their investigation they found the protection of the PCs from the thunder damage was so weak, thus several changes are made under the guidance of the en- gmeers
