摘 要:离子源电源传输线插入高压缓冲器后,会因其大电流负荷累积热能导致传输线温度不断上升,而传输导线热平衡的温度是离子源安全运行以及导线绝缘材料选择的重要依据。笔者对以脉冲周期形式运行的离子源电源串联高压缓冲器传输线进行数值模拟,计算得到连续脉冲周期后的热平衡温度大大超过了绝缘材料的软化温度,对串联缓冲器之间传输线长度为2 m的模型的模拟结果表明,延长串联直流缓冲器之间的长度可以降低该缓冲器内部的传输线温度。When transmission lines of ion source are inserted into the high voltage snubber, the temperature of the transmission lines rise due to accumulation of heat energy from electricity. Thermal balance temperature of the transmission lines is an important parameter for safe operation of ion source and selection of the insulation material for the transmission line. In this paper, the heat transfer performance of the transmission line inserted into the series high voltage snubber is simulated. Simulation results show that the balance temperature of the transmission line is much higher than the soft point temperature of the insulation material; and for a transmission line model of two meters in length between the snubbers, extending the length can decrease the temperature of the transmission line in the snubbers.
