摘 要:高压SF6断路器是电网中的重要元件,它对电网运行的可靠性有着重要影响。笔者以高压SF6断路器为分析目标,讨论了高压SF6断路器可靠性研究的目的,并论述了可靠性研究的发展现状。结合高压SF6断路器的技术特点,讨论了高压SF6断路器进行可靠性研究的特点;针对高压SF6断路器的开合、绝缘、载流、静态结构、机构及传动、辅助和控制回路等6个功能模块,分析了对其进行可靠性研究的难点;最后,总结了对高压SF6断路器密封元件进行可靠性评估的可能手段和方法。The high-voltage SF6 circuit breaker is an important equipment in the grid, which has an important impact on the reliability of the power grid operation. This paper focuses on the reliability of high-voltage SF6 circuit breakers, and discusses the objective of reliability analysis for the high-voltage SF6 circuit breakers and the current development of the reliability study. Based on the technical characteristics of the high-voltage SF6 circuit breakers, the features of the reliability study for high-voltage SF6 circuit breakers have been discussed in this paper. The main function of high voltage SF6 circuit breaker has been divided into six major functional modules as opening and closing, insulation, carrier, static structure, mechanism and drive, auxiliary and control circuit. At the mean time, the difficulties of the reliability study for each functional module has been analyzed. In the end the possible means and methods of the reliability evaluation for the sealing elements has been summed up.
