摘　　要：对中压开关设备试验中出现的典型故障及其原因进行了深入分析和研究,结果表明机械故障、绝缘击穿和异相接地故障试验是导致开关设备故障或试验失败的主要原因。针对上述问题,笔者给出了相应的改进措施和建议,对于提高产品质量、可靠性和试验通过率具有一定参考意义。In this paper, analysis and research have been performed on typical fault of MV switchgear test. The results show that mechanical fault, insulation breakdown and double earth fault test are main causes responsible for switchgear fault and test failure. To solve the above problems, corresponding improvement measures and recommendations have been given out. Finally, the conclusions are meaningful for improving product quality, reliability and pass probability of qualification test.
