摘  要:笔者介绍了自主研发的252~1100 kV GIS、HGIS中要求输入转角为90°的快速接地开关用电动弹簧操动机构的基本结构、工作原理、主要技术参数及特点:借助商用MSC.ADAMS软件进行动力学的模拟仿真分析,并对其进行相关的机械特性试验。试验结果表明,设计与试验实测值基本吻合,完全能够满足快速接地开关的要求。The article introduces the basic structure, the working principle, the main technical parameters and the performance of the electric spring operation mechanism developed independently to be applied to the fast earthing switches for 252-1 100 kV switchgear which require that the input angle is 90°. The kinetics simulation analysis of the mechanism is carried out based on MSC.ADAMS software and the pertinent tests of the mechanical performance are performed. The test results show that the design is basically consistent with testing value, the electric operating mechanism can satisfy completely the requirement of the fast earthing switches.
