摘　　要：介绍了片上网络虚电路交换技术中的TDM和SDM的路由器设计方案,指出TDM技术的不足,提出一种基于SDM交换技术的路由器设计方案.相对于TDM路由器以及同类SDM路由器,比路由器设计复杂度较小,功耗和面积也不大.This paper mainly introduces the virtual circuit switching technology of the NoC .We discuss the structure of TDM router and the SDM router .We pointed out the deficiency of the TDM technology and gave a new design of a SDM NoC router .The performance evaluation results show the low complexity of our router .Our router brings less power and less area than TDM router and other SDM router .
