摘  要:在镐型截齿截割煤岩的研究中,为了获取截割过程中截齿的受力情况,提出了基于嵌入式测试系统的旋转截割煤岩三向力测量试验装置的设计方案,并设计出满足旋转截割的试验滚筒及测试装置安装机构,在此基础上采用三向力传感器对截齿的受力情况进行直接测量,将测试数据直接进行支持FAT文件系统的存储操作,可在无线情况下,准确获取单个截齿截割煤岩的受力情况,为采煤机截割部的设计研究提供相关数据。In order to obtain the force state of the point-attack pick while it cutting coal and rock, the paper proposed the design scheme about a test device of measuring rotating cutting force at three directions based on embedded test system, and designed the test drum meeting the rotary cutting requirements and the mounting unit of the test device. Based on which, three-dimensional force sensor was applied to direct measure the pick force. The test data was stored as FAT file system operation, and then the force state of single point-attack pick at cutting was accurately acquired in wireless mode, which offered relevant data for the design of cutting unit in the shearer
