摘  要:液压缸外负载力是进行液压缸动力学分析的重要参数。针对目前装载机液压缸外负载力求取方法存在的不足,以ZL50G型装载机左转向缸为例,研究了其外负载力变化特性的测定方法。在建立转向缸外负载力数学模型基础上,对装载机铲装原生土时的转向缸工作参数进行了实机测试,获取了单次典型作业循环中油压和活塞位移的变化历程;应用MATLAB对作业循环不同作业段的转向缸油压和活塞位移进行拟合,通过编程处理获得了不同作业段转向缸的外负载力变化波形,应用nSoft将其进行合并,获得了铲装原生土时转向缸外负载力的变化曲线。分析结果表明,测定的转向缸外负载力变化特性与实际工况比较吻合。The external loading of the hydraulic cylinder was an important parameter for analysing its dynamics. In view of the shortage in approaches of determining the external loading of the hydraulic cylinder in the loader, the approach of determining the variation characteristics of the left steering cylinder of a ZL50G loader was studied. After the mathematic model of the external loading of the steering cylinder being established, the operative parameters of the steering cylinder were actually measured at shoveling raw soil, and the variation course of the hydraulic pressure and the piston displacement during single typical operation cycle was obtained. MATLAB was applied to fit the hydraulic pressure and the piston displacement at various operation segments of the obtained single typical operation cycle, and by the programming process, variation waveforms of the external loading of the steering cylinder at various operation segments were obtained. After the waveforms were merged by nSoft, the variation curve of the external load of the steering cylinder at shoveling raw soil was acquired. The analysis results showed that the determined variation characteristics of the external loading of the steering cylinder were consistent with the ones in actual operation
