摘 要:以JK-3.5/20K型单绳缠绕式提升机为例,根据达朗贝尔定理建立提升系统三自由度振动模型,并通过确定系统参数建立系统振动微分方程。借助MATLAB的ode45解法器和编制程序进行动态仿真,分析研究单绳缠绕式提升机主轴在不同工况下的振动特性。A JK-3.5/20K single-rope winding hoist was taken as an study objective, the paper built the threedegree-of-freedom vibration model of its hoisting system according to d'Alembert principle, and established the vibration differential equation of the system after determining the system parameters. In addition, MATLAB ode45 solver and programming process were applied to conduct dynamic simulation, so as to study the vibration characteristics of the spindle of the single-rope winding hoist in various operation modes.
