摘 要:笔者首先对复杂矿冶装备机内测试(Built In Test,BIT)虚警现象的产生原因进行了分析,并根据故障预测与健康管理(Prognostics and Health Management,PHM)相关理论,构建矿冶装备的三级应急响应预警机制。通过建立BIT降虚警风险数学模型算法,对BIT监测数据进行降低虚警处理,在此基础上得出BIT诊断决策结论,启动相应的自主保障程序,由此证明了该方法可为降低BIT虚警提供了一种解决途径。After analyzing the causes of BIT (Built In Test) false alarming of complex mining and metallurgy equipments, the paper built three-stage emergency response pre-alarming mechanism of mining and metallurgy equipments according to related theory of PHM (Prognostics and Health Management) technology. And then, it set up the mathematical model of reducing BIT false alarming, and conducted alarming reduction of BIT monitoring data. Based on which, BIT diagnosis strategies were concluded and independent security program started. A specific case was taken to verify the correctness of the method.
