儿童X线防护床模型设计及在婴幼儿X线检查中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨自制儿童X线防护床模型在婴幼儿X线检查中的作用.方法：选取需要进行X线摄像的0～1岁婴幼儿200例,随机分为干预组（应用自制儿童X线防护床模型）和对照组.干预组婴幼儿在进行X线检查前被放置在自制儿童X线防护床模型中,令其对检查床模型进行充分的适应,对照组直接进行X线检查.比较2组一次性检查成功率、患儿家属满意度和一次成功投照所需的平均对间.结果：干预组婴幼儿X线检查一次性成功率（97％）和患儿家属满意度（98％）显著高于对照组（P＜0.01）,干预组一次成功投照所需的平均时间明显少于对照组（P＜0.01）.结论：在进行放射投照前应用X线防护床模型可使患儿适应X线投照环境,明显减少完成一次成功投照所需要的时间,大大地提高了一次性投照成功率,有效地减少了重复投照的次数,减少了放射线对婴幼儿的损害,可提高放射科的工作效率.因此,非常值得在实际工作中推广和使用.Objective To investigate the application of a model of auxiliary baby bed for pediatric X-ray radiology.Methods Totally 200 infants younger than 1 year were divided into two groups of the invention one and the control one for X-ray radiography.In the intervention group,the infants underwent X-ray examination with the model of auxiliary baby bed,and the ones in the other group went through the examination without the model.Then the success rates in one time,satisfaction rate of the parents and the mean time for projection in the two groups were compared.Results Than the control group,the intervention group had a significantly higher success rate（97％） and satisfaction rate（98％）,and shorter mean projection time,with P＜0.01.Conclusion The application of the model of auxiliary baby bed before X-ray examination can improve the efficiency of radiology by making the children adapt to the environment,which can greatly improve the success rate of X-ray examination and the satisfaction rate of the children＇s families and can effectively reduce the mean time of the successful projection.Therefore,it is worthwhile in practical work to promote and use.
