摘  要:目的:对通用电气采用光纤技术传输数据的Discovery MR750 3.0T磁共振与未采用光纤技术传输数据的HDxt3.0T磁共振这2种型号的磁共振图像信噪比及对比噪声比进行比较。方法:连续10 d,每天早晨开机后用体线圈扫描体模,扫描参数相同,获得2组T1WI图像,测试信噪比,并进行对比;分别从2台仪器所扫描的图像中选取10位患者的颅脑轴位快速自旋回波T1FLAIR图像,扫描参数相同,计算脑干与脂肪的对比噪声比。结果:信噪比分别为SNR750=27.78±1.91,SNRHDxt=20.67±0.84,P<0.05,具有统计学意义;对比噪声比分别为CNR750=149.57±18.77,CNRHDxt=84.16±13.91,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:光纤技术的应用对提高通用电气3.0T磁共振的图像质量有重要意义。Objective To compare the SNRs and CNRs of the images by two MR scanners from General Electric Company,including Discovery MR750 3.0T MR scanner with optical fiber technology for data transmission and HDxt3.0T MR scanner.Methods Body coil was used to scan the phantom every morning in 10 days with the same parameters,then two sets of T1WI images were obtained to analyze and compare SNRs.Ten patients' cranial axial fast spin echo T1 FLAIR images with the same parameters by the two scanners were selected to calculate the CNRs of the brain stem and fat.Results Discovery MR750 3.0T MR scanner had the SNR 27.78±1.91 and CNR 149.57±18.77,and HDxt3.0T MR scanner had the SNR 20.67±0.84 and CNR 84.16±13.91.There were significant differences between the SNRs and CNRs of the two scanners.Conclusion Fiber technology is effective for enhancing the image quality of 3.0T MR scanner from General Electric Company.
