皖江城市带环境经济系统协调演化分析

摘　　要：可持续发展观要求环境与经济协调发展,以发挥最大的综合效益.本文以皖江城市带为研究区域,构建了皖江城市带环境经济系统评价指标体系,分析了研究区的环境综合实力指数与经济综合实力指数;运用协调度与协调发展度模型,对皖江城市带2004-2011年环境经济系统的协调性及其演化特征进行定量评价.结果显示,协调度的平均值为0.7848,环境系统与经济系统总体上表现出一般协调水平,呈现"下降-上升-下降"的趋势,且各年间变化幅度大;协调发展度呈现先上升后下降的趋势,变化范围为0.6432到0.7614,大致处于初级协调发展经济滞后型阶段和中级协调发展环境滞后型阶段.Coordinated development between economy and environment is the demand of sustainable development,so that to get the maximum efficiency.This article takes Wan-jiang City Belt for example and builds an evaluation index system of the economy-environment system.Using entropy method to calculate the weight of each index and to get the comprehensive index of environment and economy.On this basis,using the model of coordinated degree and coordinated development degree to evaluate the coordination and the evolution of the economy-environment system from the year 2004 to 2011.The result indicates that the mean of coordinated degree is 0.7848,and the economy-environment shows a general level of coordination.The degree experienced a number of fluctuations over the period,it dropped down in 2005 and then had an upward trend but fell again at the end of the period.Coordinated development degree increased and then decreased,ranging from 0.6432 to 0.7614.In this time,Wan-jiang City Belt at the stage of primary coordinated development with lagging economy and intermediate coordinated development with lagging environment.
