硅铝层柱累托土的合成与表征

摘  要:以钠基累托土为原料,氯化铝和氢氧化钠配合物为铝交联剂,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵溶液(CTAB)为改性剂,正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为硅源,分别制备了铝层柱累托土(Al-REC)、改性Al-REC和硅铝层柱累托土(Si-Al-REC),并借助X射线衍射仪(XRD)和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)对试样进行了表征。结果表明,在改性Al-REC中加入TEOS,有助于累托土层间的膨胀。Si-Al-REC的(001)晶面层间距为3.05 nm,较Al-REC(2.75 nm)有所提高。Si-Al-REC经600℃的100%水蒸气处理2 h后,比表面积保留率为79.2%,表明试样具有较高的水热稳定性。Aluminum pillared rectorite (Al - REC), modified Al- REC and silicon- aluminum pillared rectorite ( Si - Al - REC ) were synthesized with sodium based rectorite as material,the mixture of aluminium chloride and sodium hydroxide as alu- minum crosslinker, cetyl trimethyl ammonium bro- mide (CATB) solution as modifier, and tetraethox- ysilane(TEOS)as silicon source. The three kinds of rectorite above mentioned were characterized by X - ray diffraction or/and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that the introduceof TEOS was of benefit to the expansion between the layers of modified Al - REC. The interplanar (001) spacing of Si - Al - REC was 3.05 nm, larger than that of Al- REC (2.75 nm). After having been treated in 100% steam 600 ℃ for 2 h,Si-Al- REC retained 79.2% of specific surface area, impl- ying that it had high hydrothermal stability.
