摘 要:以新疆油砂为原料,采用油砂直接流化床焦化新技术,对10 kt/a油砂直接流化床焦化的中试装置进行了工艺计算。结果表明,焦化反应器适宜的操作条件为:温度490℃,压力200 kPa,表观气速0.4 m/s。烧焦器适宜的操作条件为:温度690℃,压力180 kPa,密相床层表观气速0.8 m/s,稀相床层表观气速0.4 m/s。由焦化反应器和烧焦器的物料平衡和热量平衡计算可知,循环热砂量为3 533.10 kg/h,进料油砂含油量为118.25 kg/h,产品产量为100.52 kg/h,系统补热消耗的标准油量为21.83 kg/h,表明采用该装置和方法具有显著的经济效益。Abstract:Process calculation was conducted for a 10 kt/a direct fluidized -bed coking pilot plant using Xinjiang's oil sand as material. The results showed that the appropriate condition for coking re- actor was temperature 490 ℃, pressure 200 kPa, gas velocity 0.4 m/s, and for coke burning device 690 ℃ ,180 kPa,0.8 m/s in dense bed and 0.4 m/ s in dilute bed. The circulation rate of hot sand was 3 533. I0 kg/h according balance calculations of to the material and thermal coking reactor and cokeburning device. The calculation results showed that the oil content in feed oil sand was 118.25 kg/h, yield was 100.52 kg/h and the standard oil con- sumption for replanishing system heat energy was 21.83 kg/h, indicating the direct fluidized -bed co- king process and its plant would have significant economic benefit.
