摘　　要：分析了提钒转炉快速补炉料研制过程中所用主要原料、结合剂的选择及其作用机理,通过试验研究了它们对补炉料性能的影响.将试验筛选出的最佳配方应用于工业生产中,该补炉料烧结时间短（仅为45 min）、使用寿命长（17 ～28炉）,能够满足攀钢提钒转炉快节奏的生产需要.It is analyzed the used main raw materials, selection of bond and its acting mechanism in research procedure of fast fettling material for vanadium - extracting converter, as well as their influence on the prop- erties of the fettling material. The best prescription screened out in test was applied in production and made the sintering period shortened （only being 45 minutes）, the working life prolonged （to 17 to 28 heats）. That can fit fast production rhythm of vanadium - extractinl~ converter.
