摘　　要：介绍了宣钢公司抗震钢筋盘条生产的工艺流程和主要设备,通过优化轧钢生产工艺、控制开轧温度、终轧温度、吐丝温度等参数,提高穿水冷却效率、精轧机辊缝补偿轧制等措施,生产了性能优良的抗震钢筋。It is introduced the process flow and main equipments of earthquake - resistant reinforcing steel wire bar in Xuan Steel. With measures adopted： optimizing steel rolling production process, controlling start- ing rolling temperature, end rolling temperature and laying temperature, raising water - cooling efficiency, roll gap compensation rolling in finishing mill, the earthquake - resistant reinforcing steel wire bar with excel- lent orooerties is oroduced.
