基于设备维修工时制的管理方法

摘　　要：介绍了设备管理的目标、任务以及目前冶金企业的设备集中维修模式,由于存在各关联部门间利益博弈和内部激励机制乏力,造成维修效率低下。通过探索利用设备维修工时制管理,采取自上而下体系内责任分配,形成互补性合力,促进了维修积极性和效率的提高。It is introduced the target and task of equipment management as well as the present centralized ma- intenance model in metallurgical business. Because of the interests of the game between various departments and inner incentive mechanism not really playing a role, the maintenance efficiency is very low. With explo- ration of equipment maintenance man - hours management and adopting responsibilities allocation from top to bottom in system to form complementary force, the maintenance enthusiasm is promoted and maintenance ef- ficiency being raised.
