摘　　要：以夏热冬冷地区绿色示范办公楼为研究对象,探讨基于能源与环境监测系统的实时用能数据分析,将办公建筑能源消耗与室内环境、建筑功能分布等信息整合串联起来,从建筑功能分布、建筑主要用能设备、各楼层能源消耗、室内环境监测等不同角度综合分析该绿色示范办公建筑的实际运行能源消耗情况,并与同类型办公参考建筑能源消耗进行比对,并分析存在差异的原因。This article is based on study of demonstration green office buildings located in places with hot summer and cold winter. It would probe about real-time data analysis based on the energy and environment monitoring system. Integrated energy consumption with indoor environment, distribution of architecture function and related information to analyze the actual energy consumption status of a specific demonstration green office building with related angles of building function distribution, energy-using equipment, energy use of each floor and indoor environment monitoring. Moreover, it would make comparison of the energy consumption of the demonstration building and that of other similar buildings, In addition, to analyze the cause of exist of difference.
