摘 要:根据国务院三峡建设委员会的安排,三峡库区巴东县黄土坡滑坡社区居民将搬迁到长江北岸官渡口镇后山的铜鼓包~学堂坪一带,规划面积2.5km2.本文以地质分析的方法,对新址规划区可能存在及遭受的地质灾害进行评价,同时对新址规划区进行建筑适宜性评价.分析表明,新址区为粉砂岩和泥岩(T2b2)组成的基岩顺向坡,坡度15~25°,局部小于10°,场地整体稳定性较好;局部存在3个中等规模的滑坡、一个小型滑坡,滑坡现状稳定、预测不稳定但较易于工程治理;场地东部存在一处小型坡面泥石流,影响工程建设但较易于工程治理;外围地质灾害对新址区影响较小;新址区建筑适宜性总体良好,Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类场区分布面积约占整个规划区面积的50%,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类场区约占整个规划区面积的80%.According to the arrangement of the State Committee of China Three Gorges Construction , The residents and towns on the Huangtupo Landslide at the Badong County in the Three Gorges reservoir area will be relocated to the Tonggubao-Xuetangping area at the back hill of the Guandu Town in the north bank of the Yangtze River, with the planning resettlement area of 2,5 km2. Based on the geological analysis, this paper analyzes and assesses the geological hazards that may exist in the new settlement area and around; and the construction suitability of the new settlement is also assessed. It is concluded that the resettlement site is a dip rock slope with fine sandstone and mudstone (T2b2 formation) and with a general gradient of 15^--25~, partly less than 10~~ and the site is stable generally~ and that there exist 3 mid-size landslides and a small landslide which are stable at present and predicted unstable in future but are easy to be controlled compara- tively~ and there is a debris flow in the east part of the site, which has great influence on the site construction but easy to be mitigated comparatively; and that the new settlement site is suitable for construction as a whole; with the area ofclass construction site is 50% of the whole settlement site; and the area of I classes construction site is 80%.
