摘 要:以宜昌某企业抗生素药物中间体废水为唯一碳源,通过对确定研究区域污泥样本进行选择性富集、驯化和划线分离纯化,得到菌株DS.经鉴定,菌株DS为棒状杆菌属(Corynebacterium spp.),该菌株在好氧条件下具有较强的降解抗生素药物中间体废水的能力.利用正交实验优化菌株DS降解抗生素废水的最适条件为:温度35℃、pH 6.0及底物体积浓度300mL/L.将菌株在最佳条件下培养4d,对废水化学需氧量(COD)去除率达37.8%.Strain DS was obtained by selective enrichment culture, domestication and repeated plate streaking, when activity sludge from campus hospital was served as the bacterial source and the antibiotic wasterwater sampled from antibiotic production enterprise in Yichang city was taken as sole carbon source. API Coryne re- agent strips was used to identify the DS as Corynebacterium spp. And it is found this strain can degrade anti- biotics intermediate wasterwater effectively under aerobic condition. According to the results from orthogonal experiment, the optimum degradation conditions with DS were temperature 35℃, pH 6.0 and 300 mL/L of pharmaceutical intermediate wastewater. Under the optimal condition, the COD removal rate reached 37.82 after being cultured for 4 days.
